Verify
Please verify with your insurance company as different plans have different restrictions. As every policy is different, we encourage you to contact your insurance company with any questions and to get to know your benefits. When calling to inquire if we are in-network please specify that you are asking about behavioral health.

Billing
In - Network: If we are in network with your insurance company we will take care of billing your insurance. You are responsible for any co-pays/deductible/co-insurance at the time of service.
Out of Network: If we are out of network with your insurance company, we are able to provide a superbill for you if needed for any reimbursement from your insurance company. You are responsible for payment of the session fee at the time of service.

Understanding Networks
A therapist is in-network if they are contracted with your insurance company and accept a predetermined contracted rate as payment per session.
A therapist that is out-of-network does not have a contract with your insurance company and bill their own fees. You may be able to receive money back from your health insurance company depending on your out-of-network benefits.
Self-Pay/Out-of-Network Pricing:
These are the most common billing codes we used - based off of time and type of service - with our rates.
Keep in mind that with in-network insurance coverage the rates are variable and contracted with your insurance company.
